Soong Rosemary

Soong Rosemary has a diverse work history in human resources and management roles in various industries. Starting in 1997 at Nanyang Polytechnic as Head of the Marketing Services Centre, they then moved to Giordano Originals (S) Pte Ltd as HR Manager and Sales Operations Manager. Progressing in their career, they held roles at Jetstar Asia Airways as Head of HR, Swissport Singapore Pte Limited as VP of Human Resources, and ANZ as HR Integration Lead and HR Consultant. Soong then served as Director of Group HR at National Healthcare Group before becoming Chief Human Resources Officer at the Institute of Mental Health in 2023.

Soong Rosemary completed their GCE A Level at Raffles Institution in 1988. Soong then pursued a BSc Economics (Hons) degree in Economics (Management) at the University of London from 1991 to 1993. Later, they obtained a Masters degree in HRM from Curtin University between 2002 and 2004.
