Xin Er Ong

Xin Er Ong currently serves as the Assistant Manager in the Care Transformation Office at the Institute of Mental Health since July 2023, following participation in the NHG Healthcare Management Associate Programme with postings in the Office of Population Health at IMH, Operations in Medicine at TTSH, and the Care Transformation Office at IMH. Previous experience includes a Human Resources Intern role at M-DAQ Global and internships in social media marketing at Wowork Pte Ltd and communications at Ruder Finn Asia. Xin Er Ong holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology (Hons) with a minor in Communications and New Media from the National University of Singapore, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Seoul National University.
