Aimee Dearden is an experienced benefits specialist with a comprehensive background in human resources and employee benefits administration. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Specialist at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations since May 2020, Aimee has previously held roles such as Benefits Analyst at CUMULUS MEDIA, where responsibilities included managing invoicing and administering benefit plans for over 3,500 employees.
