Brian Gollatz

Brian Gollatz is an experienced professional in the nuclear power sector, currently serving as Manager Teaching and Learning and Team Leader at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) since December 2013. In this role, Brian has successfully managed teams of 5-25 individuals focused on assessing the performance of nuclear power plants across North America. Previously, Brian held various leadership positions at Beaver Valley Power Station, including Superintendent of Mechanical Maintenance, while on loan from INPO to First Energy Nuclear Operating Company. Brian's career includes significant experience as a Senior Evaluator at INPO and as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy, where responsibilities included serving as Staff Training Officer and Shift Engineer at a Nuclear Prototype. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
