Jenny Gourley

Jenny Gourley has over 15 years of experience in the nuclear power industry, primarily at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), where roles have included Team Leader, Organizational Effectiveness Leader, and Senior Program Manager for Continuous Monitoring. Previous positions also feature work as a National Professional Development Officer for North American Young Generation in Nuclear, and as a Training Consultant at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant. Early experience includes internships at Eaton and Westinghouse Electric Company, focusing on quality issues and reliability engineering. Jenny Gourley holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
