Danna Cross

Danna Cross, CTDP, currently serves as the Organizational Effectiveness Lead at Irving Oil since April 2024. Previously, Danna held various roles at Hydro Ottawa from August 2018 to April 2024, including Supervisor of Learning and Development and Talent Management Specialist, focusing on performance management and learning initiatives. Danna's extensive experience at Alterna Savings spanned from June 2006 to 2018, where key roles included Organizational Development Lead and Organizational Development Specialist, emphasizing employee engagement, onboarding, and training facilitation. Danna also served as Manager of Member Service at Alterna Savings from June 2004 to January 2006 and started career as a Store Manager at Tim Hortons from May 1999 to August 2003. Danna holds a degree from St. Francis Xavier University and further education from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
