Jim Kennedy is an experienced professional in the nuclear power industry, currently serving as the Plant Monitoring Lead at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations since July 2018, focusing on continuous monitoring of nuclear plants. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Director of Nuclear Fleet Operations at Xcel Energy, overseeing maintenance and construction for the nuclear fleet. Additional experience includes consulting on nuclear performance improvement at WD Associates and managing engineering performance improvement programs at TVA. Jim holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Thomas Edison State University.
