Wayne Roberts

Wayne Roberts is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in leading strategic communications and change management initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Communications Manager and Senior Communications Program Manager at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations since April 2020, Wayne supports INPO's mission to enhance safety and reliability in commercial nuclear power plant operations. Previous roles include Communications and Change Leader at Hexaware Technologies, Change Communications Lead at Cox Automotive Inc., and Global Director of Communications at CSM Bakery Solutions. Wayne has also held senior positions at Porter Novelli and Weber Shandwick, managing client services and communications for major brands. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Business Marketing and Mass Communications, an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations and Economics from prominent universities.
