Alicja Swierczek

Alicja Swierczek currently serves as a CRM-Manager and Event-Managerin at the Institute of Science and Technology Austria since January 2022. Prior to this role, Alicja held multiple positions at the ECSA European Composer & Songwriter Alliance from November 2016 to December 2021, including European Affairs and Programme Manager, Programme Manager, Programme Officer, and Research Assistant. Alicja began a career at the European Commission as a Blue Book Trainee in 2016 and worked as an Administrative Assistant at Studienbeihilfenbehörde from 2009 to 2010. Earlier experience also includes positions as an Office Assistant and Project Assistant at ICMPD from February 2008 to September 2009, with responsibilities in travel booking, correspondence, document archiving, and research for migration policies. Alicja holds a Master of Arts in Politics, Security and Integration from UCL and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Philosophy from the University of Vienna.
