Harris Zainul

Harris Zainul is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Deputy Director of Research at the Institute of Strategic & International Studies (ISIS) Malaysia, where responsibilities include strategic research planning and advocacy for public policy solutions. With experience as an Expert for UNESCO’s Inclusive Policy Lab and a Young Leader at the Pacific Forum, Harris contributes to cross-cultural opportunities and policy analysis skills for emerging professionals. Previous roles encompass membership in various governmental councils related to youth policy and foreign affairs in Malaysia, as well as serving as a Special Officer to the Deputy Prime Minister. Harris holds a Master's Degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Liverpool.
