Jason Muscat is an experienced Call Center Manager at the Institute on Aging since January 2020. Previously, Jason held the position of Site Support Hub Manager at Kaiser Permanente from June 2016 to March 2019, where leadership included directing operational activities of Epic clinical applications support for four facilities, managing a team for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, and executing efficient end-user support.
