Joe Vigil

Joe Vigil, CFM, is a facilities management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at the Institute on Aging since August 2024, Joe previously held the position of Assistant Director of Facility Operations at the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living from 2021 to August 2024, where responsibilities included enhancing facility operations and managing security grant implementation. Earlier roles included Operations Manager at Congregation Am Tikvah, where Joe collaborated with the Board of Directors on fiscal strategies, and Facilities Manager at The Brandeis School of San Francisco, where Joe secured funding for significant security upgrades. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of New Mexico and a Certificate in Facilities Management from the University of California, Irvine, Joe has consistently demonstrated leadership and operational excellence throughout a career spanning various organizations, including the National Center for International Schools and American Conservatory Theater.
