Vivien Wong

Vivien Wong is a dedicated and experienced professional in the field of social services and case management. Currently serving as Case Manager III at the Institute on Aging since August 2021, Vivien provides comprehensive case management services, develops client-centered service plans, and ensures quality care for clients with complex medical and psychosocial needs. Previous roles include Consultant and Director of Social Services at Self-Help for the Elderly, where responsibilities encompassed case management consultation, staff development, project management, and the management of various social service programs. Vivien's foundational experience includes MSW internship at Kaiser Permanente, social work internships at Asian Community Mental Health Services, and On Lok, as well as roles in translation and logistics.
