Javier Morales

Javier Morales has a degree in Economic Sciences and Business from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, in Accounts Auditing and PDD (Management Development Program) from IESE.

He began his career as a financial auditor in Arthur Andersen's Auditores. He has worked as an internal auditing technician in ICO since 1993 and has held different positions in this unit; Manager, Area Manager, Head of the department, and Assistant Director. Between 2006 and 2008 he was the Head of the Institutional Relationships Department of ICO.
