Marcel Boerner is currently the Learning & Development Manager at Instituto de Seguridad del Trabajo - IST, responsible for leading a team of consultants specializing in strategic advice for cultural change in companies. With a background in Psychology, Business Administration, and HR Management, Marcel has held various HR and HSE management positions in companies such as AEROSAN Airport Services S.A. and Maersk Container Industry. Marcel's expertise in organizational development and wellbeing has been further enriched through their role as an Associate Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
