Currently serving as the Higher Education, Alumni, Strategic Partnerships and Employability Manager at Instituto Ismart since May 2022, Marcela previously held roles such as Programs and Business Development Director at Yunus & Youth and Project Manager at DIA Brasil. With a solid educational background including a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of São Paulo and a Diploma in Social Innovation from the University for Peace, Marcela has developed a strong foundation in social entrepreneurship and marketing throughout a career that spans over a decade across various organizations.
