Mariana Rego Monteiro

Mariana Rego Monteiro has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Mariana began their career in 2002 as a CHT Consultant at Accenture, where they worked until 2007. Mariana then held various roles, including Summer Associate at Roland Berger and Summer Consultant at Monitor Group in 2008.

In 2009, Mariana co-founded Effect Sport, a company focused on street running, and served as a Co-founder and Street Run Partner until 2011. Mariana then joined Votorantim Cimentos in 2012, where they held management positions such as Management Manager - Aggregates Business, Global Management Manager - People and Management, and Global Head of Ecoefficiency and Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Development until 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, Mariana worked at Instituto Ismart, starting as the Executive Operations Manager and later becoming the Director of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director since January 2019.
