Ricardo Cardenas Miranda is a professional with extensive experience in management and operational roles across various institutions. Currently serving as Asesor en Planificación y Control de Gestión at the Instituto Nacional de Derechos Humanos since November 2020, responsibilities include designing work processes, developing visits to facilities housing individuals deprived of liberty, and managing institutional budgets.
