Luis de Palacio

Luis de Palacio Guerrero is an experienced professional currently serving as President of FEFE since September 2017 and as a member of the executive committee for CEOE since December 2018. In addition, Luis has been a trustee at Fundación Universitaria Oriol Urquijo (FUOU) since January 2012 and holds the position of Non-Executive President at ProPatiens Institute since June 2019, where responsibilities include supporting patient associations. As a co-owner of Aclalá 173 Pharmacy since August 2021 and previously a general secretary for the Federación Empresarial de Farmacéuticos Españoles until September 2017, Luis has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Educational qualifications include a Licenciado in Pharmacy and a Licenciado in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, along with a Master's degree in Bolsa y Mercados Financieros from IEB. Notable past roles include chairing the scientific committee of Grupo OAT and managing pharmacy operations at Farmacia Alcala 173 and Farmacia El Pinar.
