Carsten Sellschopf

Carsten Sellschopf is Managing Director of Instone Real Estate Development GmbH and, as Regional COO (COO North-East), responsible for the Berlin and Hamburg branches. The industrial engineer (focus on construction) with over 25 years of industry experience worked from 1997 to 2012 as branch manager of HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung in Berlin and then as authorized officer at Investa Projektentwicklungs- und Verwaltungs GmbH (Berlin branch). Carsten Sellschopf returned to Instone Real Estate's predecessor formart in 2014 and was appointed Managing Director in 2015.
