Chuck Rubin

Prior to Michaels, Chuck was CEO and President at Ulta Beauty, leading significant cultural and strategic transformations. As President of North America Retail at Office Depot, Chuck managed a substantial retail business. Additionally, Chuck worked as a Partner at Accenture, attaining recognition for expertise in retail. Chuck's early career included executive roles at various companies, including Sportmart and Jordan Marsh/Macy's. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University.
