Jennifer M. Glynn

Jennifer M. Glynn has extensive work experience in the education field. Jennifer currently works as a Content Lead at Instruction Partners since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Facilitation Consultant at EL Education, Inc. from June 2021 to August 2021. Jennifer also served as a Teacher at Boston Public Schools from August 2020 to August 2021.

Jennifer's longest tenure was at Match Education, where they held various roles including Grade Level Lead, Elementary School Teacher, Summer Academy Director, Rising School Leaders Program Participant, Teacher Leadership Team Member, and Match Teacher Residency Coach from 2014 to 2020.

Additionally, Jennifer worked as the Director of Programs at DIY Coaching Boston from January 2017 to October 2019. Jennifer was also a Zeroing in On Math Senior Fellow and Zeroing in On Math Fellow at EdVestors from 2016 to 2018.

Jennifer has previous experience with Teach For America, where they were a Curriculum Specialist from March 2017 to August 2017, and a Corps Member Advisor from June 2015 to August 2016. Jennifer also worked as a Summer Program Instructor at Kaleidoscope Institute for Thinking Excellence in July 2014, and as a Third Grade Teacher at LEARN Charter School Network from July 2012 to June 2014.

Jennifer M. Glynn attended Northeastern University from 2008 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, Psychology, and Applied Behavioral Analysis. In 2012, they continued their education at Dominican University and obtained a Certification in Elementary Education. In 2018, Jennifer attended Harvard University and completed a Certificate in School Management & Leadership, Leading Change, with a focus on Educational Leadership and Administration. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Leading Schools, also from Harvard University. Additionally, they hold a Level 1 certification in Cultivating Your Resilient Leadership Identity from Northeastern University.
