Laura Servinsky Damon

Laura Servinsky Damon, M.S.Ed, currently serves as the Director of Instructional Support at Instruction Partners since September 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held prominent positions at East End Prep, including Middle School Principal, where oversight of a 240-student middle school resulted in recognized academic growth and proficiency in Literacy and Math. As Dean of Academics in Middle School STEM, Laura focused on enhancing student achievement and teacher effectiveness in STEM disciplines. Earlier experience includes serving as STEM Academic Dean at Achievement First, where real-time coaching and instructional innovation were key contributions, and as a Math Lead Teacher at East End Prep, developing curriculum and fostering instructional mastery. Laura began her career as a founding 4th Grade Math and Science Teacher at Omni Prep Academy. Laura's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a Music Concentration from Appalachian State University.
