LP Poglitsch has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries and roles. They began their career as an Alumni Engagement Intern at Interlochen Center for the Arts in 2011. They then interned at The Peabody Institute of The John Hopkins University in the Office of Student Affairs. LP Poglitsch also interned at Grand Rapids Community College in the Admissions and Enrollment Center.

In 2012, LP Poglitsch served as a Dean of Students Graduate Assistant at Grand Valley State University and concurrently worked as a Padnos International Center Intern.

Afterwards, LP Poglitsch joined Vanderbilt University as a Compliance Coordinator in the Office of Student Accountability, Community Standards, and Academic Integrity from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, LP Poglitsch worked as a Front Desk Host at Thompson Hotels- Two Roads Hospitality. They then joined Alignment Nashville as a Project Manager in 2017.

Since 2018, LP Poglitsch has been primarily associated with Instruction Partners. They started as an Operations Coordinator and later took on the role of Human Resources Lead. In their HR role, LP Poglitsch managed daily HR tasks and compliance for the organization, including onboarding and training. They also prepared demographic reports. As an Operations Coordinator, LP Poglitsch developed operations plans and managed travel bookings for the Executive/Managing Director. They were also involved in various leadership roles and served as the Instruction Partners Ombudsperson.

LP Poglitsch obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Bradley University in 2012. LP then pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in College Student Affairs Leadership from Grand Valley State University, completing the program in 2014.
