Shakira Fetherolf, M.Ed. has extensive work experience in the field of education. Shakira began their career as a Teacher, Elementary at Orange County Public Schools in 2011 and continued in this role until 2020. During this time, they also took on the position of Instructional Coach from October 2011 until August 2022. In 2022, Shakira joined Instructional Empowerment as a Consultant, Faculty Coach & Learning Opportunity Creator. Shakira is currently in this role, utilizing their expertise in educational coaching and curriculum development.
