Technical Project Manager (freelance)

We’re seeking a Freelance Technical Project Manager/Producer to support a high-impact website redesign project for a leading company in the AI-powered market and enterprise intelligence space. This role will play a key part in transforming a complex, content-rich website into a customer-first, conversion-optimized digital experience.

Key Details: Duration: ASAP through May 31, 2025 Commitment: 40 hours/week 

What You'll Do

• Own ticket writing and define clear acceptance criteria to support development workflows
• Lead sprint planning, manage sprint ceremonies, and ensure agile best practices are followed
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product, to ensure seamless project execution
• Proactively identify and address technical risks, blockers, and dependencies to keep the project on track
• Support the creation of a scalable, future-forward digital platform that aligns with business goals and technical standards

What You'll Bring

• Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Producer/Project Manager or similar role on digital product projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web development, CMS systems, API integrations, and localization implementation.
• Detail-Oriented: Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing a fast-paced workload.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be over-communicative to ensure clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.

Pay Range

• The expected pay range for this role is $65-84 per hour, but will depends on the level in which you are engaged
• Our company has three regional pay bands that it adheres to depending on your location, we reference them as US 1, US 2, and US 3.
• US 3 is our base pay. Examples of cities in US 3 are Portland, Houston and Miami.
• US 2 pay is 7.5% higher than US 3 to meet the market rates. Examples of cities in US 2 are Los Angeles, Chicago and Seattle.
• US 1 pay is 15% higher than US 3 to meet market rates. Examples of cities in US 1 are Brooklyn and San Francisco.
