Matt Katz serves as the Executive Strategy Director at Instrument, leading a digital product team focused on developing innovative solutions for a diverse client base since October 2020. Previously, Matt held various strategic roles at Digital Trends, where significant oversight of digital experience and content distribution occurred. Matt also gained experience directing content strategy at The Fiction Tribe ® and managing editorial teams at Time Magazine and DNAinfo. Early career work included reporting and producing for various media outlets, including KDNK Community Radio and National Public Radio. Matt holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from Columbia University and an Honours Bachelor’s degree in English and History from the University of Toronto.
