Prior to their time at XebiaLabs, Tj Randall worked at Mapfre (formerly Commerce Insurance) - Philips Lifeline as a Manager of Application Development from 2009 to 2011 and as a Senior Application Developer from 1992 to 2009. In this role, they provided technical guidance and played a key role in development process innovation and automation.
Tj Randall also has a background in the US Navy, where they served as a Petty Officer from 1989 to 1992. Overall, Tj Randall has a strong track record of driving customer success and revenue growth through their roles in customer experience, customer success, presales, and application development.
Tj Randall completed a B.S. in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, specializing in Computer Science and Math. Tj attended the university from 1996 to 2009. Additionally, in 1991, Tj attended the US Navy SAR School for a brief period, where they obtained a Search and Rescue Swimmer certification.
