Tj Randall

Tj Randall has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tj is currently the Chief Customer Success Officer at Instruqt, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Digital.ai from 2020 to 2021 as the Chief Customer Experience Officer. In this role, they led adoption for SaaS/on-premise customers, customer Agile/DevOps transformation, analytics, product and technology strategy, global escalation management, and customer support. Tj implemented standardized Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) programs and revitalized revenue growth through renewals and upsells/expansion with a customer success transformation strategy.

Before joining Digital.ai, Tj Randall was the Vice President of Customer Success at XebiaLabs (now Digital.ai) from 2017 to 2020. Tj improved customer satisfaction and led the transition from a process-centric to a client-centric organization. Tj also worked as the Director of Presales at XebiaLabs from 2011 to 2016. In this role, they established pre-sales/service teams, drove product technology decisions, and contributed to increased revenue through effective management of the pre-sales process.

Prior to their time at XebiaLabs, Tj Randall worked at Mapfre (formerly Commerce Insurance) - Philips Lifeline as a Manager of Application Development from 2009 to 2011 and as a Senior Application Developer from 1992 to 2009. In this role, they provided technical guidance and played a key role in development process innovation and automation.

Tj Randall also has a background in the US Navy, where they served as a Petty Officer from 1989 to 1992. Overall, Tj Randall has a strong track record of driving customer success and revenue growth through their roles in customer experience, customer success, presales, and application development.

Tj Randall completed a B.S. in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, specializing in Computer Science and Math. Tj attended the university from 1996 to 2009. Additionally, in 1991, Tj attended the US Navy SAR School for a brief period, where they obtained a Search and Rescue Swimmer certification.
