Andrea Joseph

Andrea Joseph, CPP, has extensive experience in payroll and human resources. Andrea is currently the Global Payroll Director at Insulet Corporation. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Manager for Payroll, Pension, and Benefits at TC Energy from 2018 to 2022. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Director of HR Shared Service at C&J Energy Services, responsible for HRIS, payroll, and the employee service center.

Andrea also worked as the International Payroll Manager at AIG from 2013 to 2014 and as the Global Human Resources Manager at IFCO Systems from 2007 to 2012. Their earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Roper Technologies, Inc. from 2005 to 2007.

With their strong background in payroll and HR, Andrea Joseph brings valuable expertise to their current role and has consistently demonstrated their skills in various organizations throughout their career.

Andrea Joseph, CPP holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix- New Orleans Campus, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Andrea furthered their education by earning an MBA from Mays Business School - Texas A&M University, between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, Andrea has obtained certification as a Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association in 2007.
