Andreea Aionei

Andreea Aionei currently serves as the Global Manager for Leadership & Talent Development Programs at Insulet Corporation, a position held since June 2023. Prior experience includes extensive roles at PTC, where Aionei progressed from Manager of Leadership & Talent Development to Talent Development Manager, focusing on building and leading learning and development strategies. Aionei has facilitated numerous leadership programs, developed global onboarding initiatives, and integrated inclusive learning programs. Previous roles also include Global Training Delivery Specialist and SAP Trainer at Hewlett-Packard, where Aionei managed training delivery and improved educational frameworks. Aionei holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Communication from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Sapienza Università di Roma.
