Gigi Miller

Gigi Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and user experience management. Currently serving as a UX Manager for Insulet Corporation since December 2020, Gigi previously held technical writing positions at SoftClouds LLC for Cisco Systems, Inc., and Techworkers for Cisco Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included creating and maintaining internal documentation libraries and strategies for content organization. Gigi’s earlier tenure at QUALCOMM Inc. as a Staff Technical Writer involved significant process improvements, such as video creation of technical content and the design of automated document templates, enhancing departmental efficiency. Gigi holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UCLA.
