Jennifer Gardner

Jennifer Gardner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and securities law. Currently serving as Director, Senior Securities Counsel at Insulet Corporation since November 2025, Jennifer previously held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Cognex Corporation from July 2021 to October 2025, where responsibilities included managing SEC reporting and advising on employee equity compliance. Earlier roles included Corporate Counsel at Cognex, where Jennifer successfully managed M&A processes, earning the President’s Award for contributions to a significant acquisition. Prior experience as a Corporate and Securities Associate at DLA Piper involved representing companies in high-value acquisitions and advising private equity funds on complex transactions. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Law degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
