Jim has also owned their own marketing agency, Retailepathy Marketing Agency. Before that, they held positions at The Coca-Cola Company, The Mars Agency, Mosaic North America, and Kimberly-Clark, where they were responsible for developing marketing strategies and executing marketing campaigns for various brands. Jim has a strong background in driving brand growth and customer engagement through digital and content marketing.
Jim Rogers holds an MBA degree from Xavier University - Williams College of Business, with a focus on brand management. Jim also pursued post-graduate classes in digital marketing at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business. Prior to their MBA, Jim obtained a BBA degree from Eastern Kentucky University, where they double majored in Marketing and Management.
