Rachel Kriete is an accomplished leader in organizational development and change management with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Organizational Development & Change Management at Insulet Corporation, Rachel has previously held key positions including Director of Organizational Effectiveness at MillerKnoll and Senior Director of Organization Development at Suffolk Construction. At Bose Corporation, Rachel contributed significantly as the Director of Talent & Organization Development and Leadership Coach, while also managing the global Center of Excellence to enhance organizational effectiveness.
