Zack Bennett-Engler

Zack Bennett-Engler is a Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher at Insulet Corporation since September 2020, responsible for creating and managing research roadmaps for various cross-functional projects and mentoring junior researchers. Prior experience includes roles as a User Experience Researcher at Insulet Corporation, where research across product lifecycles was conducted, and as a UX Research Intern at the Boston Housing Authority, where user research for a housing tool was led. Zack has also contributed to design efforts at Northeastern University School of Law and development projects at Universal Creative, focusing on interactive concepts for theme parks. Additionally, experience spans teaching as a C++ Programming Teaching Assistant, designing user interfaces at MORSE Corp, and various roles in customer service and marketing strategy. Zack holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Design from Northeastern University.
