Remco van der Kroft

Remco van der Kroft is an accomplished lawyer and business owner with extensive experience in various legal and corporate roles. As the owner and advocate at Olczak-Klimek van der Kroft Węgiełek since August 2011, Remco demonstrates deep expertise in the field. Additional contributions include serving as vice-chairman for the Netherlands-Polish Chamber of Commerce and membership in organizations such as Dutch Business Lawyers Abroad and Insuralex Global Insurance Lawyers Group. Remco has also acted as a business partner in the publication of Miffy by Dick Bruna and served on the supervisory board of Sancus Crowdfunding. Previous roles include partnership at BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak and Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka, as well as corporate secretary at Apsys Polska. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Law from Leiden University.
