Stefan Joester

Stefan Jacholke is a seasoned professional in market making and algorithm development, currently serving in a market-making role at Invariance Capital since December 2018. Prior to this, Stefan worked as a Director at Default Invariance from January 2017 to December 2018, focusing on the development and management of market-making strategies utilizing machine learning. In 2016, Stefan completed an internship with Haskell.org during the Haskell Summer of Code, where contributions included the development of a block-based functional programming language for CodeWorld, featuring a sophisticated Hindley Milner type inference system and a Haskell-based backend. Stefan holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and a B.Eng in Computer and Electronics from North-West University. Prior educational background includes earning a Matric certificate from Hartbeespoort High School.
