Brian Hildreth

Brian Hildreth has a long history of experience in various roles within the glass and auto industry. Brian started as a Regional Manager at Windshields America before moving on to Safelite AutoGlass and then Harmon Auto Glass. Brian then transitioned to Neighborly® where Brian worked as a Sr. Franchise Systems Manager for Glass Doctor. Currently, Brian holds the position of Senior Vice President Operational Excellence & Integration at IAA, which was acquired by RB Global in April 2023. Throughout their career, Brian has also held titles such as Senior Vice President Service Operations & Logistics, Senior Vice President Product Strategy, Vice President Product Management & Client Solutions, and Director Corporate Development.
