Jaime Kruss

Jaime Kruss has extensive experience in various leadership and management roles. Jaime is currently serving as the Vice President of Application Development at IAA, where they are responsible for overseeing the transformation to a cloud-based global buyer platform. Jaime leads nine agile teams and is accountable for customer-facing applications that generate $3B in revenue annually.

Prior to their current role, Jaime worked at CDW for a significant portion of their career. Jaime served as the Director of Software Engineering, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise applications with $16B in annual revenue. Jaime also held positions as a Senior Manager in charge of the Sales Solutions engineering team and as a Manager in charge of the Internal Applications engineering team.

Earlier in their career, Jaime worked as a Supervisor in the IT Project Management Office (PMO), where they managed a team of project managers and ensured adherence to best practices and standard approaches for program and project management. Jaime also served as a Senior Project Manager and Business Systems Analyst.

Jaime Kruss graduated from the University of Arizona in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Systems Engineering. In addition, Jaime obtained a PMP Certification in August 2006. The institution from which the certification was obtained is unknown.
