Kelsie Sepúlveda

Kelsie Sepúlveda currently serves as Team Lead at IAA, where responsibilities include developing and facilitating presentations, providing support to inbound agents, and managing escalation inquiries. Previously recognized as a Top 5% performer, Kelsie held the position of Senior Total Loss Customer Care Specialist, handling inquiries related to total loss processes. Kelsie's experience encompasses various roles at State Farm® including Credit Union Specialist, Total Loss Claims Associate, and Loan Services Representative, where skills in customer service, claims management, loan processing, and title resolution were demonstrated. Additionally, Kelsie has experience as a Customer Service Representative at Altisource, specializing in account management and customer negotiations. Kelsie is currently pursuing a Certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Northern Arizona University.
