Faith Ortiz has over 18 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Faith began their career in 2003 as an Account Manager at Eastern Michigan Ins. In 2004, they worked as a CSR for both Alliant Insurance Services and Comerica Insurance Group, where they also served as Marketing Director. Faith then worked as a CSR at Korotkin Insurance Group in 2006 and as a Vice President at WorkLife Insurance from 2008 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Commercial Lines Manager at Mason-McBride, Inc. Faith then worked as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at The Clements Agency, LLC from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Faith is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at HUB International, where they handle accounts ranging from small businesses, mid-sized accounts, large nonprofits and multistate/national accounts. In 2022, they will take on the role of Retail Operations Manager at Insurance Canopy.
Faith Ortiz's education history includes a Certificate in Children's Ministry from Rhema Bible Training Center from 1991 to 1993, and they have been a Licensed P & C Agent in Insurance since 2000. Faith has also obtained several certifications, including an Insurance Agent from the State of Arizona in August 2018, an AAI 81 (Accredited Advisor of Insurance) from The Institues in December 2014, an Office Workstation Assessment from Liberty Mutual Insurance in February 2014, and a CAWC (Certified Authority on Workers' Compensation) from Accident Fund Insurance Company/Olivet College in September 2013.
