Donielle Gregory

Donielle Gregory currently serves as the Director of Leadership & Organizational Development at Insurance Office of America since June 2024, following a role as Human Resources Program Manager. Previous experience includes serving as National Director for Student Enrollment & Scheduling at 3DE Schools, where responsibilities involved developing student schedules, analyzing enrollment data, and promoting equitable course access from January 2023 to June 2024. Donielle has also held positions such as Client Success Manager at Mursion and Director of School Leadership at 3DE Schools. A lengthy tenure at Orange County Public Schools spanned over a decade, during which Donielle held various positions including Assistant Principal of Instruction and Instructional Coach. An educational background includes a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from American College of Education and a Bachelor of Science in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of South Florida. Additional educational achievements include an Associate of Arts from Valencia College.
