Diane Mazur

Diane Mazur has a diverse work experience across multiple industries, mainly focused on customer service and management roles. Diane has served as a Director of Client Services at Insurance Program Managers Group since December 2020, where they work to improve the client experience. Prior to this, they were a Business Consultant and former Director of Operations at Labtran Logistics, where they helped build the company from the ground up. Diane also worked as a Client Services Manager Health Lab at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital and as a Customer Service Operations Manager at Vein Clinics of America. Diane has experience in managing teams, improving customer service, and implementing quality standards. Diane has also worked at companies such as Christian Brothers Services, deCODE genetics, LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, MacNeal Health Providers, and Laboratory Corporation of America.

Diane Mazur pursued their education from 1988 to 1992 at Nazareth Academy, where they did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. Subsequently, from 1992 to 1996, they attended Concordia University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their degree encompassed Business Management and English. Additionally, in February 2022, Diane Mazur acquired a State of Illinois Insurance License in Health from the Illinois Department of Insurance.
