Chris Belle is the current president at Insurance Technology Services. Chris has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on technology. Chris has a deep understanding of how to use technology to improve communication and efficiency within an organization.

Chris Belle began their career in insurance at ITS - Insurance Technology Services - in 1995. Chris quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Vice President of Business Development in 2001. In this role, they led the company through the process of selecting and implementing a new enterprise-wide processing system. Chris also implemented standard project management processes, which resulted in increased quality control and decreased costs for the company.

In 2003, Chris Belle migrated the company’s network infrastructure to a Windows XP/2003 environment. This included the use of group profiles to manage the user desktop. The result was a fourfold decrease in help desk calls related to PC and network problems.

Chris Belle has also directed the Business Systems Analysis, Applications Development, Project Management and Quality Assurance functions. Chris has managed a staff of ten employees, several external consultants, and all vendor relationships. Chris has also prepared and presented plans, budgets, proposals, and reports for the board and executive management.

Chris Belle attended Stevenson School for their high school education. Chris then went on to The University of Texas at Austin where they earned their BS in Chemical Engineering. Chris has also earned their CSM certification from the Scrum Alliance.
