Ayush Bagmar

Ayush Bagmar currently serves as the Business Head at Heph since April 2023, focusing on empowering insurance distributors through an innovative SaaS platform that connects banks, NBFCs, insurance brokers, fintechs, and digital players with a comprehensive range of insurance products. Previously, Ayush held multiple leadership roles at InsuranceDekho, including Business Head for SaaS Partnerships and New Initiatives, while also contributing to the Founders Office and marketing efforts. Ayush's experience encompasses strategic roles at Syndicate Bank as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, as well as significant contributions to alumni relations at TAPMI and market research at BrandScan. Ayush co-founded World of Sky Lanterns, gaining experience in business execution and problem-solving. Educational qualifications include an MBA from T A Pai Management Institute and a Bachelor of Commerce from Loyola College.
