Paul Guernsey has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 2009, they started as a Customer Service Representative at Rellim Business Solutions, providing assistance with billing and contract-related inquiries. From 2011 to 2014, at Salesforce.com, they served as a Bad Debt Collections Analyst, managing the global bad debt portfolio and collaborating with third-party collection agencies.

Most recently, in 2022, they completed the "Digital Product Management Specialization" from Coursera.
