Aly Kanji

Aly Kanji is a seasoned executive and legal professional with extensive experience in the insurance and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the President & Chief Executive Officer of InsureLine Brokers Inc. since August 2015, Aly has focused on simplifying the insurance buying experience across Canada. In addition to this role, Aly owns Kanji Consulting Inc., which aids businesses in achieving growth. Aly's prior roles include Chairperson and President of the Insurance Brokers Association of BC, and Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Sussex Insurance, where Aly contributed to the growth of the franchise to 60 locations and over $350 million in premiums. Aly's legal expertise stems from practice as a Barrister & Solicitor and an Associate Lawyer, with a focus on commercial litigation and insurance defence. Aly holds a Bachelor of Law from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta.
