Frida Norre has extensive work experience in product management, user experience, and interaction design. Frida is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Insurello since February 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Avanza Bank from 2014 to 2023, including being the Head of Product - Customer Journeys and Product Manager for Customer Onboarding and Customer Activation. In these roles, they played a key role in developing the iOS and Android apps, which became the main channels for Avanza's users.

Before joining Avanza Bank, Frida worked at Valtech Sweden from 2010 to 2014, where they were a User Experience Consultant, Team Lead, and Project Manager. Frida was responsible for digital strategy, user research, and managing cross-functional teams for various projects. Some of their clients included 1177 Vårdguiden, Riksbanken, Pernod Ricard, and KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

Prior to Valtech Sweden, Frida worked at Alenio from 2007 to 2010 as an Interaction Designer. Frida worked on projects related to digital strategy, user research, usability testing, and interaction design for clients such as SJ, Nasdaq OMX, Norstedts förlag, and Swedbank.

Earlier in their career, Frida worked at Three UK as an Interaction Designer in Sydney from 2007 to 2007 and in Stockholm from 2005 to 2007. Frida primarily focused on mobile services, including Music Store, Photo Album, Self Service, and Ticket Booking. Frida also had experience in usability and interaction design during their time in the Creative Design Team in Sydney.

Frida Norre began their higher education journey in 2000 at Linköping University, where they pursued a degree in Behavioural Science, specializing in 40p. Frida completed this program in 2001. Subsequently, Frida enrolled at Linköping University once again and pursued a Master of Science in Cognitive Science, completing the program in 2005.
