Ellen Gazala

Ellen Gazala is an experienced Software Engineer at InsureZone since April 2011, specializing in enhancing and maintaining web-based software for insurance agents. Ellen has a strong background in integrating applications with various insurance carriers using technologies such as XSLT, Java, and JavaScript, and has successfully implemented enhancements that improved agent applications. Prior to InsureZone, Ellen held multiple roles at Zel Technologies from May 1996 to June 2010, including Program Manager and Security Certification Lead, where Ellen directed cross-functional teams and achieved significant contract awards. Additionally, Ellen co-founded Custom Tek, managed software development projects at Tidewater Consultants, and served as an adjunct instructor at Virginia Wesleyan University. Ellen holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from Virginia Wesleyan University.
