Julie Finley

Julie Finley currently serves as the Head of People at Insurify since November 2025. Prior to this role, Julie held various positions at KAYAK from January 2019 to November 2025, including Senior Director of People Partners, where strategic partnership with the CHRO and the executive team was a key focus, along with global leadership of HR Business Partner teams. Julie's career also includes HR roles at GE Aerospace and GE Capital, where responsibilities ranged from managing HR initiatives to supporting talent development across diverse business lines. Julie earned a Master’s degree in Leadership with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Framingham State University.
